Hi! Bigger Tigger here….The other day, Angie came and told me that I got fan mail! She seemed so surprised! I wasn’t, I knew I had fans. How could a stellar Tig like me not have a growing fan base? Angie then told Tig about modesty. Tig then told Angie about perfect cats and how modesty isn’t part of the vocabulary of such wonderful omnipotent beings…..Angie said it isn’t so much fan mail, as it is critters needing advice….which just proves my point about being perfect…

 Dear Tig,

Hearts will steal your heart!
Hearts will steal your heart!
My name is “Hearts”. I was rescued by a wonderful woman who took me to DunRoamin’. I was sooo hungry and cold, I didn’t know if I would ever be warm or full again! But once I got to DunRoamin’, I knew things were looking up for me! I thought I was so lucky to be taken to a place where I could get the best medical care a cat could ever have. They fed me and loved me and doctored me until I felt just like a brand new cat!
Then they introduced me to some new cat friends and told me that someday soon my perfect family was going to walk in the door and take me home with them. I keep watching for that family to come….but they never do.
I sit in the window and every person that comes to the door, I make sure my face and paws are nice and clean, and I make sure they can see how friendly I am, but it never makes any difference. No family has picked me. I need your help Tig, how can I get a family to see how much I would improve their lives? Any suggestions would be appreciated….

Thanks so much,
Hearts

 Dear Hearts,
Thanks for your letter. I talked to Angie, who said she has hung out with you, and that you are such a snuggle bug and soooo very nice, she could almost trade a Tig for you, but then she said that Martha would bring a Tig back before many days went by. She said I’m a spoiled Tig….her attitude is getting worse as she ages…..

This is my suggestion for you, next family that comes by, make sure they can see how expressive your tail is, really make it wiggle so they know how smart and athletic you are. Also, try giving the ‘big sad eyes’…I do that to Angie and she gives me chicken every time. If it can work on a tough nut like her, it will melt normal people…I’m sure once everyone sees how clean, friendly, happy, and smart you are, they will be lining up out the door to take you home!! Plus there is a sale going on for the month of October! The adoption fee for a spayed or neutered and vaccinated cat is only $75 for the whole month !!!

The stars have lined up to find you a home before this month is over….A Tig can just feel it in his claws…..good things are coming for you, Hearts. Don’t stop believing that your family is coming for you!!

Ciao,
Tig
