Busman’s Holiday at The Bistro!

So….what do you do to relax and unwind when you take a break from the kitchen when you are a gourmet chef and you work every day?
You go out to dine someplace else, of course, at a fine restaurant serving gourmet cuisine that another chef prepares for you!
I dropped into the Waterfront Bistro last week to have a coffee and swap war stories with the ladies who own the wonderful fine dining restaurant Canterbury Royale in Fort Fairfield. (see story here.)
Barbara and Renee took a rare day off to have lunch with Brenda and to enjoy a lovely meal prepared and served by Chef Charles and Shirley.
A good time was had by all!
