Big Tig Dishes Advice
Big Tig here,
I was laying around, waiting for Angie to fill up my food dish, (seems that it is always empty. Angie says it’s me that keeps it empty. I say it’s the dogs. It’s an ongoing debate between us), reading my fan mail and I realized that some of you people really need a Tig’s help. And regardless of what Angie may say, a Tig is here to please. Here are a few letters I’ve gotten, and my helpful answers. Follow my directions explicitly.
Dear Tig,
I would like to have a cat, but I don’t know what kind of cat would be best. I live alone, but I have company come over all the time. I would like to have a cat that would be very friendly with my guests, and that would like to lay on my lap and be my buddy around the house. Do you know any cats that would be a good match for me?
Thanks,
Jamie.
Dear Jamie,
Do I ever know some cats that would be PERFECT for you! Levon, or Thor, or Edge would be perfect! They are just the coziest lap cats! They love attention! Thor loves to tell his “you should have seen what the dog looked like..” story, and Edge is the best listener! She will let you talk all day long and really seem like she cares what you are saying…go to dunroaminstrayandrescue.com and follow the steps, you will be thanking a Tig for years to come!!

Tig
Dear Tig,
I have a problem with my cats and hoped you could help me. At night when I go to bed and close my door, my two cats sit outside my door and stick their paws under the door to make it rattle and meow. For what seems like hours. Just when I think they have stopped, and I finally get to sleep, they start over again. What can I do?
Thanks!
Dylan
Dear Dylan,
Open your door.
Thanks,
Bigger Tigger
Dear Tig,
I would love to have a cat, but I worry that I am not home enough to keep a cat happy. I work long hours every week, so I wasn’t sure that would be fair to a cat. Can I work all the time and have a cat that would be happy being ‘solo’ so often?
Thanks,
Ian
Dear Ian,
Contrary to popular belief, some cats are solitary, and don’t want much from a human other than clean litter (can’t stress that one enough, nobody likes stepping in yuck), food and water. And the occasional scratch, never hurts. I know a few just like that. They like their space, and mostly just want a human to provide butler service and call it good. Rosalee, Groves, and Adidas would be perfect for you. But one cat isn’t enough, they may not need a lot of human love and affection, but they do like each other, so get two, they will hang out and talk smack about you while you are at work. Go to dunroaminstrayandrescue.com and follow the steps.
Ciao,
Big Tig.
Dear Tig,
I was wondering why my cat has to lay on my clean clothes and cover them with cat hair? Is there a reason?
Thanks,
Jole
Dear Jole,
Its the only effective way for a cat to get human hair off themselves. Would you want to walk around covered in little human hairs all day long? Buy a lint roller and deal with it, or shave your head.

Tiggy
