Freestyle Fitness Inc
The newest business in Perth-Andover officially opened its doors to the public on December 10.
CMC Freestyle Fitness Inc. is a beautiful new co-ed fitness facility, created to serve the village and surrounding area.
Have you made a resolution for 2013 to improve your health and fitness? If so, you must check out the equipment, training and services available at this centre!
Owner Carol McLaughlin has had a dream for the past ten years of owning her own fitness center and gym. Last June she took the plunge and invested all her personal energy and resources into creating this facility.
Freestyle Fitness is not a franchise! It is the realization of Carol’s personal vision to own her own business and provide a service for her home town.
Carol did lots of research and planning as she designed the centre, carefully selecting the equipment, the services she would provide and colour scheme. She talked to many other fitness centres and suppliers as she made her final decisions.
Moving into the space next to Foodland on Tribe Road, the contractors went to work. Carol herself has worked 16 hours a day for the past two months painting, decorating and placing equipment.
The results are a 3,500 square foot facility that is absolutely stunning.
Wicked Good Graphics in Florenceville designed the dramatic and eye catching logo for the business.
There are a fantastic selection of free weights, benches and squat stations if you like to pump iron. There are 12 selectorized strength training machines and 9 cardio units including both upright and recumbent stationary bicycles, cross training units and treadmills.
- There is a separate Core Room for yoga and mat and ball work-outs.
- There are also two separate locker and shower rooms for your comfort and convenience.
- This is a truly modern facility designed to suit all lifestyle needs and fitness levels.
You may work out on your own terms or have one of the Personal Trainers develop a free, personalized program to meet your needs and goals.
