Tigger Tales

Big Tig here,

Big Tig
Angie says I ate too much turkey and fudge over the holidays and I should get up off my tail and move around a bit. She said it would do a Tiggy good. I told her I already have to walk to the litter pan, since Dr. Shannon didn’t give me my catheter for Christmas, so I’m already a good Tig. Angie has no sense of humor. She loaded me in the car and said it was time for Lazy Tig to meet some cats that wish they could run and play like a Tigger…..I felt a character building session coming my way…

We got to Dunroamin’ and Angie said “Tigger, meet Naughty and Sir William Pearce Howland III.” Then she left…Left a Tig with two three-legged cats….I was so shy with them. I didn’t know what to say or do. I was so worried they wouldn’t like a Tig, cause I’m so big, and all my legs work good, and I have a home, and Angie loves her Tiggy, and these two have obviously not had all the wonderful things I have had….

But then Howland asked me if I wanted to sign his cast, and Naughty asked me if I would be the referee for the three-legged race they were planning to have. They made me feel right at home. They showed me all the cool things they can do with their casts, they play Pirates of the Clinic and Spin the Cat…They told me that they can’t wait to be adopted so they can show off all the signatures on their casts to their new family!

On the way home, Angie asked me if I learned anything. Tigger sure did! I should have asked for my own cool pink cast instead of the catheter….I really want to play Spin the Cat.

Go to DunRoamin’ Stray and Rescue and follow the steps to Howland and Naughty. They are the coolest cats around!

Ciao,
Tiggy.
