A lovely and cozy new coffee bistro has just opened in Florenceville-Bristol! The former Studio Sarah, a paint your own pottery studio run by Sarah Nicholson in Florenceville, has moved shop and been re-branded as Bisque & Biscotti.

Located on Bristol Main Street right across from the Riverfront Gazebo, it’s still a paint your own pottery studio, but is also now a full service coffee and tea shop featuring a light lunch menu consisting of a rotating soup and sandwich of the day along with fresh baked goodies like jumbo cupcakes, soft pretzels, rolls, muffins, cookies and, of course, biscotti!
All of the baked goods are prepared on the premises daily at Bisque & Biscotti by pastry artist extraordinaire Jenna Brewer, who also accepts custom orders for cakes and pastries for your parties or other special events.

The shop carries over 20 loose leaf teas, cappuccinos, espressos, and flavour shots along with a house medium, dark and two flavoured coffees in their self serve area. They also have KCups available for just $0.65 per pod.
Bisque & Biscotti uses a mix of 100% compostable cups and lids along with recyclable ones for their take-out cups. Fresh ground alliance or organic coffees are used, as well as locally sourced vegetables for the soups and sandwiches. They also use local honey and maple syrup for some of the coffee recipes.

With nearly triple the space of the former shop, the place dishes up an intimate and comfortable atmosphere in which to enjoy lunch, listen to coffee shop music, enjoy the free wi-fi and hang out, alone or with friends.

Reading material is on hand if you forget to bring a book, including issues of the Blackfly Gazette! Or, you can sip your favourite tea or coffee as you paint a new piece of pottery, for yourself or to create a nifty hand made gift for someone special.

Sarah and Jenna hope you enjoy their eclectic new spot as much as they do! Stop in and say hi soon….
