Tales from Big Tig

Tigger
Tigger
Hi! It’s Bigger Tigger! I got an excitin’ tale this week! Angie says we took years off her life, and we all need a home soon. She’s so funny.

One day us kittens were hanging in our hammocks (Angie says those are sun shades, not hammocks, but we think they are better for lounging than shading…) when all of the sudden these big huge machines came out of nowhere, and they grumbled and drove back and forth, and there were big truck weird things….freaked us out!!!!…Ember said it was aliens!!…Melody said it was bad cat collection machines coming for us!!!…Miss Marble said it didn’t matter what it was we need to run!!!!…..Sadie said we were gonna have our temperature taken!!! So on that note we ran…….But we was stuck in our room inside or our kennel outside!!! We couldn’t get out!!! The big scary yucky machine things are everywhere!!! So Bob-a-Lou said if we would quite screeching and yelling she would make a hole in our fence so we could escape. So she did, and we escaped!! We all ran and none of us were collected by the bad cat collection machines. It was close for Sadie, but she made it….whew!….all 13 of us made it away!!! We are smart fast cats!! Too fast for bad cat collectors with thermometers….

Then Angie came. And we all ran to her and said we was having a yucky day and we want back inside!!!! And she said “OH MY @$&%#¥{&!!!!! How did you all get here??!!?? Where did you all come from???!!!” and then she was just grabbing us and she had big eyes and she was saying words not fit for kittens ears (we thought she was scared about those machines, they were big enough to take her temperature too!!) So the few of us she didn’t grab followed her into the shelter and we was all trying to tell her how horrible it was with these bad machines searching for us and how we need a bath and canned food and kisses to recuperate. But Angie was counting us over and over and running around like Elvis and then she asked Bob what happened. Bob told her. That’s when Angie said that it isn’t bad cat collection machines, it was a potato harvester and the machines and trucks are needed for potatoes not kittens………..you’d think she’d have warned us…..and now guess what?!? We are grounded from our outside kennel until we have one that is escape proof (even if Bob helps) and Angie says no matter how much we beg and whine and sit on the window ledge she ain’t letting us back out until it is beyond our abilities to escape. She called us drama queens and said she should take our temperature just for scaring her…..we don’t know what she was so scared about, apparently she knew that potato thingys don’t take temperatures……So I thought I would ask for help. I miss my hammock. We need our outside space back and we need it to be harvest machine proof. Angie says she will settle for cat proof. If anyone would like to contribute to helping us do this, just call Angie and let her know.
